How to Submit Order:
- Select your product and print color.
- Upload your logo/artwork using ‘upload’ button.
- Include any text to be printed with logo in “Special Instructions” box
- If you want multiple product colors, select “Mix Of Colors” Option. We can split your order into 50% in one color and 50% in another color. However, Print and Print Color will be the same on all items. Include your color requests in ‘Special Instructions’ box. Example: 50% items in Black, 50% item in Blue.
FREE Proofs:
FREE unlimited proofs are provided till you approve design for printing. If you are not happy with any proof we provide, then we will refund your order fully.

Replacing Defective Personalized products
We do our best to pack items properly for safe delivery. In the event of damaged pieces due to shipping, please follow steps below:
- Please provide us proof of damage within 14 days of delivery.
- We will send replacement pieces or issue refund based on your request.
- We will send replacement pieces for FREE.
- Replacement pieces will ONLY be shipped by regular mail (not by any expedited shipping methods).
Returning Non-Personalized products
We accept returns for non-personalized products.
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Ship items back to us within 21 days of delivery.
- Buyer will have to pay return shipping cost. So please make sure you read product description to make sure the product is what you want.
- If the labels or tags come unattached to products then you can return the product to get a refund for the value of the product (minus the cost of labels / tags and shipping cost).
- Products have to be returned in it’s original condition and packaging to get refund.
- Shipping cost paid in order will not be refunded.

Rush Delivery

Undelivered or Shipped to Wrong Address
All orders will be shipped to shipping address submitted in order or to new address sent to us before order has been shipped out. If address is not deliverable and order is returned to us then customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the items. This shipping cost must be paid before the items will be re-shipped.
If order is delivered to shipping address in order and it’s a wrong address, a refund or free replacement set will not be offered.
