Free Assembly

During peak wedding/holiday season or due to stock/deadline issues (when we won’t have enough time to assemble and deliver order on time), favors will be shipped separate from custom labels. You will have to apply labels on favors and there’s no refund under these circumstances.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returning Personalized Products
Personalized products mentioned in it’s listing will be repaired or replaced for manufacturing defects only, they CANNOT BE RETURNED.
- Because this product is personalized, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for this product.
- We don’t accept exchanges or cancellations for these items.

Replacing Defective Personalized products
We do our best to pack items properly for safe delivery. In the event of damaged pieces due to shipping, please follow steps below:

- Ship items back to us within 21 days of delivery.

Undelivered or Shipped to Wrong Address
