You will have to apply labels on favors and there’s no refund under these circumstances.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returning Personalized Products
Personalized products mentioned in it’s listing will be repaired or replaced for manufacturing defects only, they CANNOT BE RETURNED.
- Because this product is personalized, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for this product.
- We don’t accept exchanges or cancellations for these items.

Replacing Defective Personalized products

- Ship items back to us within 21 days of delivery.

- If the labels or tags come unattached to products then you can return the product to get a refund for the value of the product (minus the cost of labels / tags and shipping cost).

Undelivered or Shipped to Wrong Address

If address is not deliverable and order is returned to us then customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the items. This shipping cost must be paid before the items will be re-shipped.
