How to Customize Labels

Note – Chalk, Gold Foil, Rustic, Burlap & Gold Glitter Label Colors are simulated prints, not actual material

Choose your Label design and include the following in Label Line 1 and Label Line 2 fields:

• Label Design – Pick from Label design chart
• Label Color – Pick from color chart
• Label Line 1 – Max 20 characters (including spaces)
• Label Line 2 – Max 15 characters (including spaces)
• Special Instructions – Additional details to print your Labels

Mix Of Design / Colors

Select these options if you want a Mix of Design for your Label Design OR a Mix of Colors for selected Label Design. In ‘Special Instructions” box, specify how you want the designs / colors split up for all the labels needed for your order.

Example:

• Label Design – Mix Of Designs
• Label Color – Mix Of Colors
• Label Line 1 – Linda & Michael
• Label Line 2 – 12.20.21
• Special Instructions – Half labels in Couple design in silver, remaining labels in The Perfect Couple design in red

Printing Your Image/Logo

Send us your photo or logo, we will print them on your custom Labels for FREE. Place your custom Labels design order as shown below:

• Label Line 1 – Type ‘Custom Design’
• Special Instructions – Type ‘image sent by email’

Price Match Requirements

We will only price match with online website prices – not with offline prices. The product must be in stock and be identical in terms of product quality, color, packaging, etc. The price must be current. Liquidation prices, clearance prices, going out of business prices, auction sale prices, first time customer coupons or one time use coupons cannot be used to request a price match.

The product’s shipping and handling charges, sales tax, set-up fees and other miscellaneous fees will be taken into account. Our best price match offer cannot be combined with any coupon or discounts we offer. We reserve the right to decline any price match request under our own discretion.

Free Assembly

Free Assembly is a courtesy service provided to our customers. During peak wedding/holiday season or due to stock/deadline issues (when we won’t have enough time to assemble and deliver order on time), favors will be shipped separate from custom labels. You will have to apply labels on favors and there’s no refund under these circumstances.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returning Personalized Products

Personalized products mentioned in it’s listing will be repaired or replaced for manufacturing defects only, they CANNOT BE RETURNED.

• Because this product is personalized, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for this product.
• We don’t accept exchanges or cancellations for these items.
• please contact us if you have any problems with these products in your order.

Replacing Defective Personalized products

We do our best to pack items properly for safe delivery. In the event of damaged pieces due to shipping, please follow steps below:

• Please provide us proof of damage within 14 days of delivery.
• We will send replacement pieces or issue refund based on your request.
• We will send replacement pieces for FREE.
• Replacement pieces will ONLY be shipped by regular mail (not by any expedited shipping methods).

Returning Non-Personalized products

We accept returns for non-personalized products.

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
• Ship items back to us within 21 days of delivery.
• Buyer will have to pay return shipping cost. So please make sure you read product description to make sure the product is what you want.
• If the labels or tags come unattached to products then you can return the product to get a refund for the value of the product (minus the cost of labels / tags and shipping cost).
• Products have to be returned in it’s original condition and packaging to get refund.
• Shipping cost paid in order will not be refunded.

Replacing Defective Non-Personalized products

We do our best to pack items properly for safe delivery. In the event of damaged pieces due to shipping, please follow steps below:

Rush Delivery

Please contact us for information on our rush processing and rush delivery options. You can also select rush production shipping upgrade (if available for your product) during the check out process.

Undelivered or Shipped to Wrong Address

All orders will be shipped to shipping address submitted in order or to new address sent to us before order has been shipped out. If address is not deliverable and order is returned to us then customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the items. This shipping cost must be paid before the items will be re-shipped.

If order is delivered to shipping address in order and it’s a wrong address, a refund or free replacement set will not be offered.
