Product Details:
- Size 4″ x 3″ x 0.25″
- Made of poly resin in an ornate open-work design
- Hand painted in a lovely white finish
- Beautifully decorated with five rhinestones
- On top of the cross is a round metal wire with a white satin ribbon for hanging the ornament in style.
- The Cross is presented in a diamond design gift box with a blue satin lining and a clear top.
- The box is wrapped with a silver elastic cord and bow and decorated with a blue ‘For You’ tag.

How to Customize Tags
Note – Chalk, Gold Foil, Rustic, Burlap & Gold Glitter Label Colors are simulated prints, not actual material
Choose your tag design and tag color. Then include the following in Tag Line 1, Tag Line 2 and Tag Line 3 fields:
- Tag Design – Pick from Tag Design Chart
- Tag Color – Pick from Tag Color Chart
- Tag Line 1 – Max 18 characters (including spaces)
- Tag Line 2 – Max 15 characters (including spaces)
- Tag Line 3 – Max 10 characters (including spaces)
- Special Instructions – Additional details to print your tags
Mix Of Designs / Colors
Select these options if you want a Mix of Design for your tag Design OR a Mix of Colors for selected Tag Design. In ‘Special Instructions” box, specify how you want the designs / colors split up for all the tags in your order.
Order has to be at least 10 Quantity per Tag Design / Color. Order less than 10 Quantity should have same Tag Design / Color for entire order.

Replacing Defective Personalized products
We do our best to pack items properly for safe delivery. In the event of damaged pieces due to shipping, please follow steps below:
- Please provide us proof of damage within 14 days of delivery.
- We will send replacement pieces or issue refund based on your request.
- We will send replacement pieces for FREE.
- Replacement pieces will ONLY be shipped by regular mail (not by any expedited shipping methods).
Returning Non-Personalized products
We accept returns for non-personalized products.
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Ship items back to us within 21 days of delivery.
- Buyer will have to pay return shipping cost. So please make sure you read product description to make sure the product is what you want.
- If the labels or tags come unattached to products then you can return the product to get a refund for the value of the product (minus the cost of labels / tags and shipping cost).
- Products have to be returned in it’s original condition and packaging to get refund.

Undelivered or Shipped to Wrong Address
All orders will be shipped to shipping address submitted in order or to new address sent to us before order has been shipped out. If address is not deliverable and order is returned to us then customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the items. This shipping cost must be paid before the items will be re-shipped.
