Decide your print and pick your icon from icon chart and print color chart. Then submit print details in below fields above. Check examples below to see how to submit different print details.

The more characters you submit, the smaller the print will become.

Print Color – Selected from our “Screen print color chart”
Left Side Print – Max 30 characters (including spaces)
Print Your Design – Upload your artwork (please check “Your Artwork Requirements” below)
Special Instructions – Specify Font PLUS any other customization request

Special Instructions – Names in Font 2, date in font 5 italics

Your Artwork Requirements:

Artwork can be accepted from the following programs:
Adobe Illustrator – CC or lower
Photoshop – All EPS, TIFF, JPEG files (layered if possible)
They must be 600 dpi or higher at 100% of final size or larger.

Please Note: Vector Art is preferred. It provides the best quality and allows images to be resized without loss of sharpness and detail.

Shipping & Return Policies

Returning Personalized Products

Personalized products mentioned in it’s listing will be repaired or replaced for manufacturing defects only, they CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Because this product is personalized, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for this product.
We don’t accept exchanges or cancellations for these items.
please contact us if you have any problems with these products in your order.

Replacing Defective Personalized products

We do our best to pack items properly for safe delivery. In the event of damaged pieces due to shipping, please follow steps below:

Please provide us proof of damage within 14 days of delivery.
We will send replacement pieces or issue refund based on your request.
We will send replacement pieces for FREE.
Replacement pieces will ONLY be shipped by regular mail (not by any expedited shipping methods).

Returning Non-Personalized products

We accept returns for non-personalized products.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back to us within 21 days of delivery.
Buyer will have to pay return shipping cost. So please make sure you read product description to make sure the product is what you want.
If the labels or tags come unattached to products then you can return the product to get a refund for the value of the product (minus the cost of labels / tags and shipping cost).
Products have to be returned in it’s original condition and packaging to get refund.
Shipping cost paid in order will not be refunded.

Rush Delivery

Please contact us for information on our rush processing and rush delivery options. You can also select rush production shipping upgrade (if available for your product) during the check out process.

Undelivered or Shipped to Wrong Address

All orders will be shipped to shipping address submitted in order or to new address sent to us before order has been shipped out. If address is not deliverable and order is returned to us then customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the items. This shipping cost must be paid before the items will be re-shipped.

If order is delivered to shipping address in order and it’s a wrong address, a refund or free replacement set will not be offered.
