Your order total does not include duties and brokerage fees associated with international shipment; you are responsible to pay these fees.

How long will delivery take?

After product’s “Ship Date” mentioned in product page it will take 2-7 business days to delivery within USA, 3-10 business days for Canada And 10-20 business days for other international orders. Please check each item to find out item specific “Ship Dates”.

What is BP Dollars?

These are rewards points you will earn for each order. It will accumulate in your Account, if you signup during checkout. In your account page, you can find how many BP dollars you have earned. You can redeem these points towards any future purchase

In case you received message your payment was declined, please reply to message and let us know if you submitted new order Or if you want us to call you to get new card details.

Will I receive shipping Tracking?

Once shipped, you will receive tracking number to track your order till it reaches your address. Please contact us if you did not receive tracking.

How to modify or cancel my order?
