• After placing order, send your artwork or logo to sales@bestpricefavors.com with your order number

Artwork File Format:

• Black and white image (transparent background preferred) pdf, png or jpg files only
• Max 5 MB
• Submit high resolution print quality image that will look good in 3″ x 3″ dimension

FREE Vector Graphic Conversion:

• We will convert your image to vector graphic for FREE, needed for screen printing
• Your image should not have any fine lines, they will get deleted when converted to vector graphic

Damaged Glassware

• We take utmost care in the packaging and delivery of our products to minimize possible damage. We are, however, unable to guarantee zero damage in certain instances that are out of our control.
• Please provide us proof of damage within 48 hours of receipt.
• We will credit the amount damaged.
• Please order extra.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Replacing Glassware with Misprint

We will send replacement set if print is wrong on your glassware items, please follow steps below:

• Please provide us proof of misprint within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will send replacement pieces or issue refund based on your request.
• We will send replacement pieces for FREE.
• Replacement pieces will ONLY be shipped by regular mail (not by any expedited shipping methods).

Undelivered or Shipped to Wrong Address

All orders will be shipped to shipping address submitted in order or to new address sent to us before order has been shipped out. If address is not deliverable and order is returned to us then customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the items. This shipping cost must be paid before the items will be re-shipped.

If order is delivered to shipping address in order and it’s a wrong address, a refund or free replacement set will not be offered.
