Damaged Glassware

• We take utmost care in the packaging and delivery of our products to minimize possible damage. We are, however, unable to guarantee zero damage in certain instances that are out of our control.
• Please provide us proof of damage within 48 hours of receipt.
• We will credit the amount damaged.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Replacing Glassware with Misprint

We will send replacement set if print is wrong on your glassware items, please follow steps below:

• Please provide us proof of misprint within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will send replacement pieces or issue refund based on your request.
• We will send replacement pieces for FREE.
• Replacement pieces will ONLY be shipped by regular mail (not by any expedited shipping methods).

Undelivered or Shipped to Wrong Address

All orders will be shipped to shipping address submitted in order or to new address sent to us before order has been shipped out. If address is not deliverable and order is returned to us then customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the items. This shipping cost must be paid before the items will be re-shipped.

If order is delivered to shipping address in order and it’s a wrong address, a refund or free replacement set will not be offered.
