- Replacement labels will ONLY be shipped by regular mail (not by any expedited shipping methods).

Returning Personalized Products
Personalized products mentioned in it’s listing will be repaired or replaced for manufacturing defects only, they CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Replacing Defective Personalized products

Returning Non-Personalized products
We accept returns for non-personalized products.
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Ship items back to us within 21 days of delivery.
- Buyer will have to pay return shipping cost. So please make sure you read product description to make sure the product is what you want.
- If the labels or tags come unattached to products then you can return the product to get a refund for the value of the product (minus the cost of labels / tags and shipping cost).
- Products have to be returned in it’s original condition and packaging to get refund.
- Shipping cost paid in order will not be refunded.

Undelivered or Shipped to Wrong Address
