Damaged Glassware
- We take utmost care in the packaging and delivery of our products to minimize possible damage. We are, however, unable to guarantee zero damage in certain instances that are out of our control.
- Please provide us proof of damage within 48 hours of receipt.
- We will credit the amount damaged.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Replacing Glassware with Misprint
We will send replacement set if print is wrong on your glassware items, please follow steps below:
- Please provide us proof of misprint within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will send replacement pieces or issue refund based on your request.
- We will send replacement pieces for FREE.
- Replacement pieces will ONLY be shipped by regular mail (not by any expedited shipping methods).
Undelivered or Shipped to Wrong Address
All orders will be shipped to shipping address submitted in order or to new address sent to us before order has been shipped out. If address is not deliverable and order is returned to us then customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the items. This shipping cost must be paid before the items will be re-shipped.
If order is delivered to shipping address in order and it’s a wrong address, a refund or free replacement set will not be offered.

I was put in charge of the favors to give out at my granddaughters baby shower. I wasn’t sure what to get but I knew it would be something the guests would want to keep and could use over and over. Originally I was going to go with little tins to put candies in but then I saw these mini mason jars. They’re just the cutest things and a perfect size to fill with little chocolates or gummies. My only issue was the lids for the mason jars but luckily when I emailed asking about them it turns out they had some available they could add to my order. They don’t stock them anymore but they had enough leftover from when they did for my order. I got my order a few days ago and the mason jars are fantastic, my granddaughter is going to love them! I wish they were bigger, it was my mistake to not check size before ordering. I’ll definitely keep them in mind for future celebrations.
