How to Customize Tags
Choose your tag design and tag color. Then include the following in Tag Line 1, Tag Line 2 and Tag Line 3 fields:
- Tag Design – Pick from Tag Design Chart
- Tag Color – Pick from Tag Color Chart
- Tag Line 1 – Max 18 characters (including spaces)
- Tag Line 2 – Max 15 characters (including spaces)
- Tag Line 3 – Max 10 characters (including spaces)
- Special Instructions – Additional details to print your tags
Mix Of Designs / Colors
Select these options if you want a Mix of Design for your tag Design OR a Mix of Colors for selected Tag Design. In ‘Special Instructions” box, specify how you want the designs / colors split up for all the tags in your order.
Order has to be at least 10 Quantity per Tag Design / Color. Order less than 10 Quantity has to be same Tag Design / Color for entire order.

Returning This Product To Get Refund:

- Ship items back to us within 21 days of delivery.

- Products have to be returned in it’s original condition and packaging to get refund.
- Shipping cost paid in order will not be refunded.
Replacing Defective Products:
We do our best to pack items properly for safe delivery. In the event of damaged pieces due to shipping, please follow steps below:

Undelivered or Shipped to Wrong Address:
All orders will be shipped to shipping address submitted in order or to new address sent to us before order has been shipped out. If address is not deliverable and order is returned to us then customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the items. This shipping cost must be paid before the items will be re-shipped.
If order is delivered to shipping address in order and it’s a wrong address, a refund or free replacement set will not be offered.
