How to Customize Towels
Decide your print on top and bottom of towel. The text “Wedding Towel” will remain unless special request is made to change it. Then submit print details in below fields above. The more characters you submit, the smaller the print will become.
- Towel Color – Selected from our “Towel color chart”
- Print Color – Selected from our “Screen print color chart”
- Top Text – Max 40 characters (including spaces)
- Bottom Text – Max 40 characters (including spaces)
- Special Instructions – Specify Mix of Towel colors, if needed
Mix Of Colors Option
If you want multiple towel colors, select this option. We can split your order into equal quantities of 50 towels per color. Include your color requests in ‘Special Instructions’ box.
Note – Print and Print Color will be the same on all towels in your order.

Printing Your Design/Logo
We can print your artwork in 1 color for price listed. Artwork can be print quality PNG or JPEG files. To place your custom design order, select your Towel Color and Print Color. Then submit order as shown below:

- Special Instructions – Type ‘image sent by email’

Replacing Defective Personalized products
We do our best to pack items properly for safe delivery. In the event of damaged pieces due to shipping, please follow steps below:
- Please provide us proof of damage within 14 days of delivery.
- We will send replacement pieces or issue refund based on your request.
- We will send replacement pieces for FREE.
- Replacement pieces will ONLY be shipped by regular mail (not by any expedited shipping methods).
Returning Non-Personalized products
We accept returns for non-personalized products.
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Ship items back to us within 21 days of delivery.
- Buyer will have to pay return shipping cost. So please make sure you read product description to make sure the product is what you want.
- If the labels or tags come unattached to products then you can return the product to get a refund for the value of the product (minus the cost of labels / tags and shipping cost).
- Products have to be returned in it’s original condition and packaging to get refund.
- Shipping cost paid in order will not be refunded.
Replacing Defective Non-Personalized products

Rush Delivery

Undelivered or Shipped to Wrong Address
All orders will be shipped to shipping address submitted in order or to new address sent to us before order has been shipped out. If address is not deliverable and order is returned to us then customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the items. This shipping cost must be paid before the items will be re-shipped.
If order is delivered to shipping address in order and it’s a wrong address, a refund or free replacement set will not be offered.
