The more characters you submit, the smaller the print will become to fit within print area.
Adding icons to print makes text smaller.

- Font Name – Pick from Font Names Chart
- Left Side Print – Max 15 characters for text (including spaces) + 2 icons
- Right Side Print – Max 15 characters for text (including spaces) + 2 icons

- Event Date – submit date (Not printed on product)

Shipping & Return Policies
Because this product is personalized this item cannot be returned for a refund. Please read below for detailed policies.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Replacing Products with Misprint
We will send replacement set if print is wrong on your items, please follow steps below:
- Please provide us proof of misprint within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will send replacement pieces or issue refund based on your request.
- We will send replacement pieces for FREE.
- Replacement pieces will ONLY be shipped by regular mail (not by any expedited shipping methods).
Undelivered or Shipped to Wrong Address
All orders will be shipped to shipping address submitted in order or to new address sent to us before order has been shipped out. If address is not deliverable and order is returned to us then customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the items. This shipping cost must be paid before the items will be re-shipped.
If order is delivered to shipping address in order and it’s a wrong address, a refund or free replacement set will not be offered.
