How to Customize
Decide your print, icon and print color from our Print color charts. Then submit print details in below fields. Also, check examples below.
The more characters you submit, the smaller the print will become to fit within print area.
Adding icons to print makes text smaller.
Submit order as shown below:
- Frame Color – Pick an option
- Print Color – Pick from Print Color Chart
- Font Name – Pick from Font Names Chart
- Left Side Print – Max 15 characters for text (including spaces) + 2 icons
- Right Side Print – Max 15 characters for text (including spaces) + 2 icons
- Special Instructions – Type your message
- Event Date – submit date (Not printed on product)
- Deadline to deliver order – Latest date to deliver order (Not printed on product)
Example:
- Frame Color – Black
- Print Color – Gold
- Font Name – Royal
- Left Side Print – Michelle (Graduation Cap icon)
- Right Side Print – Class of 2025
- Special Instructions – Send proof for approval

Because this product is personalized this item cannot be returned for a refund. Please read below for detailed policies.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Replacing Products with Misprint
We will send replacement set if print is wrong on your items, please follow steps below:
- Please provide us proof of misprint within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will send replacement pieces or issue refund based on your request.
- We will send replacement pieces for FREE.
- Replacement pieces will ONLY be shipped by regular mail (not by any expedited shipping methods).
Undelivered or Shipped to Wrong Address
All orders will be shipped to shipping address submitted in order or to new address sent to us before order has been shipped out. If address is not deliverable and order is returned to us then customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the items. This shipping cost must be paid before the items will be re-shipped.
If order is delivered to shipping address in order and it’s a wrong address, a refund or free replacement set will not be offered.
