How to Customize Labels

Choose your Label Design and Label Color. Then include the following in Icon Name, Label Line 1, Label Line 2 and Label Line 3 fields:

• Icon Name – Enter icon name from icon chart Or “No Icon” to have no icon in label
• Label Line 1 – Max 20 characters (including spaces)
• Label Line 2 – Max 20 characters (including spaces)
• Label Line 3 – Max 20 characters (including spaces)
• Special Instructions – Additional details to print your labels

Example:

• Icon Name – Interlocking Hearts
• Label Line 1 – Thank You!
• Label Line 2 – Amanda & Michael
• Label Line 3 – 10-20-2016
• Special Instructions – 25 labels in Light Blue color, remaining labels in Gold color

Mix Of Colors

Select these options if you want a Mix of Colors for your Label Design. In ‘Special Instructions” box, specify how you want the colors split up for all the labels in your order.

Custom Design

We can print your icon or image instead of icon used in our label Or print your image instead of your label design. Print will be in metallic color you choose. Image we require has to be in a single color without any gradient. Please message us the image, after submitting your order.

If you want label to be printed with multiple colors used in your image OR color match your image, then it cannot be printed in metallic colors. Please contact us about your request.

Shipping & Return Policies

This item cannot be returned since it’s personalized. Please read below for detailed policies.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returning Personalized Products

Personalized products mentioned in it’s listing will be repaired or replaced for manufacturing defects only, they CANNOT BE RETURNED.

• Because this product is personalized, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for this product.
• We don’t accept exchanges or cancellations for these items.
• please contact us if you have any problems with these products in your order.

Replacing Defective Personalized products

We do our best to pack items properly for safe delivery. In the event of damaged pieces due to shipping, please follow steps below:

• Please provide us proof of damage within 14 days of delivery.
• We will send replacement pieces or issue refund based on your request.
• We will send replacement pieces for FREE.
• Replacement pieces will ONLY be shipped by regular mail (not by any expedited shipping methods).

Returning Non-Personalized products

We accept returns for non-personalized products.

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
• Ship items back to us within 21 days of delivery.
• Buyer will have to pay return shipping cost. So please make sure you read product description to make sure the product is what you want.
• If the labels or tags come unattached to products then you can return the product to get a refund for the value of the product (minus the cost of labels / tags and shipping cost).
• Products have to be returned in it’s original condition and packaging to get refund.
• Shipping cost paid in order will not be refunded.

Replacing Defective Non-Personalized products

Rush Delivery

Please contact us for information on our rush processing and rush delivery options. You can also select rush production shipping upgrade (if available for your product) during the check out process.

Undelivered or Shipped to Wrong Address

All orders will be shipped to shipping address submitted in order or to new address sent to us before order has been shipped out. If address is not deliverable and order is returned to us then customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the items. This shipping cost must be paid before the items will be re-shipped.

If order is delivered to shipping address in order and it’s a wrong address, a refund or free replacement set will not be offered.
