How to Customize Tags

Note – Chalk, Gold Foil, Rustic, Burlap & Gold Glitter Tag Colors are simulated prints, not actual material

Choose your tag design and include the following in Tag Line 1 and Tag Line 2 fields:

• Tag Design – Pick from tag design chart
• Tag Color – Pick from color chart
• Tag Line 1 – Max 20 characters (including spaces)
• Tag Line 2 – Max 15 characters (including spaces)
• Special Instructions – Additional details to print your Tags

Mix Of Design / Colors

Select these options if you want a Mix of Design for your Tag Design OR a Mix of Colors for selected Tag Design. In ‘Special Instructions” box, specify how you want the designs / colors split up for all the tags needed for your order.

Example:

• Tag Design – Mix Of Designs
• Tag Color – Mix Of Colors
• Tag Line 1 – Linda & Michael
• Tag Line 2 – 12.20.21
• Special Instructions – Half tags in Couple design in silver, remaining tags in love design in red

10 Quantity Minimum / Samples

• For “Mix of Designs” option, at least 10 Product Quantity has to be ordered for Each Tag Design
• Orders less than 10 Quantity Or Samples will receive same tag design for entire order

Printing Your Image/Logo

Send us your photo or logo, we will print them on your custom tags for FREE. Submit your custom tag design order as shown below:

• Tag Design – Select ‘Custom Design”
• Tag Color – Select ‘Custom”
• Tag Line 1 – Type ‘Custom Design’
• Special Instructions – Type ‘image sent by email’
• Submit your order

Price Match Requirements

We will only price match with online website prices – not with offline prices. The product must be in stock and be identical in terms of product quality, color, packaging, etc. The price must be current. Returning Personalized Products

Personalized products mentioned in it’s listing will be repaired or replaced for manufacturing defects only, they CANNOT BE RETURNED.

• Because this product is personalized, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for this product.
• We don’t accept exchanges or cancellations for these items.
• please contact us if you have any problems with these products in your order.

Replacing Defective Personalized products

We do our best to pack items properly for safe delivery. In the event of damaged pieces due to shipping, please follow steps below:

• Please provide us proof of damage within 14 days of delivery.
• We will send replacement pieces or issue refund based on your request.
• We will send replacement pieces for FREE.
• Replacement pieces will ONLY be shipped by regular mail (not by any expedited shipping methods).

Returning Non-Personalized products

We accept returns for non-personalized products.

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
• Ship items back to us within 21 days of delivery.
• Buyer will have to pay return shipping cost. So please make sure you read product description to make sure the product is what you want.
• If the labels or tags come unattached to products then you can return the product to get a refund for the value of the product (minus the cost of labels / tags and shipping cost).
• Products have to be returned in it’s original condition and packaging to get refund.
• Shipping cost paid in order will not be refunded.

Replacing Defective Non-Personalized products

Rush Delivery

Please contact us for information on our rush processing and rush delivery options. You can also select rush production shipping upgrade (if available for your product) during the check out process.

Undelivered or Shipped to Wrong Address

All orders will be shipped to shipping address submitted in order or to new address sent to us before order has been shipped out. If address is not deliverable and order is returned to us then customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the items. This shipping cost must be paid before the items will be re-shipped.

If order is delivered to shipping address in order and it’s a wrong address, a refund or free replacement set will not be offered.
