- Match Box measures 2.25″ length x 1.38″ width x 0.37″ height
- Box dimension is similar to standard match boxes sold in stores
- Each set contains 25 Match Boxes.
- Each box contains approx 18 match sticks with white tips, held in a removable white container within the box
- Match box comes in white and black colored boxes.
- Your custom print is printed on a label and comes applied on one side of each match box for FREE. It’s not printed directly on your match boxes. This label won’t come off after it’s applied.

Names and date displayed in each design, will be replaced with your text submitted in Line 1 and 2. Any phrase in design will be printed by default, there’s no need to repeat these words in your print request.

- Line 1 – Max 25 characters (including spaces)
- Line 2 – Max 15 characters (including spaces)
- Special Instructions – Mention label color AND Quantity of each box color for ordering a mix of box colors.

Replacing Defective Personalized products
We do our best to pack items properly for safe delivery. In the event of damaged pieces due to shipping, please follow steps below:

- Replacement pieces will ONLY be shipped by regular mail (not by any expedited shipping methods).
Returning Non-Personalized products
We accept returns for non-personalized products.
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Ship items back to us within 21 days of delivery.
- Buyer will have to pay return shipping cost. So please make sure you read product description to make sure the product is what you want.
- If the labels or tags come unattached to products then you can return the product to get a refund for the value of the product (minus the cost of labels / tags and shipping cost).
- Products have to be returned in it’s original condition and packaging to get refund.
- Shipping cost paid in order will not be refunded.

Undelivered or Shipped to Wrong Address
All orders will be shipped to shipping address submitted in order or to new address sent to us before order has been shipped out. If address is not deliverable and order is returned to us then customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the items. This shipping cost must be paid before the items will be re-shipped.
If order is delivered to shipping address in order and it’s a wrong address, a refund or free replacement set will not be offered.
