How to Customize Match Boxes

Names and date displayed in each design, will be replaced with your text submitted in Line 1 and 2. Any phrase in design will be printed by default, there’s no need to repeat these words in your print request.

Note – Chalk, Gold Foil, Rustic, Burlap & Gold Glitter Label Colors are simulated prints, not actual material

Submit order as shown below:

• Box Colors – White OR Black OR Mix of Colors
• Label Design – Pick from Design Charts
• Label Color – Pick from Color Chart
• Line 1 – Max 25 characters (including spaces)
• Line 2 – Max 15 characters (including spaces)
• Special Instructions – Mention label color AND Quantity of each box color for ordering a mix of box colors.

Mix Of Box Colors

Select these options if you want a Mix of Box colors for your order. In ‘Special Instructions” box, specify how you want the Box colors split up for all the match boxes in your order.

Example:

To order 25 black boxes and 25 white boxes with Navy Label colors, submit order as shown below:

• Box Colors – Mix of Colors
• Label Design – Perfect Match
• Label Color – Navy
• Line 1: Alexander & Annette
• Line 2: 10.28.2017
• Special Instructions – 25 black boxes + 25 white boxes with Navy Label color
• Quantity – 2 sets

Shipping & Return Policies

This item cannot be returned for a refund. Please read below for detailed policies.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returning Personalized Products

Personalized products mentioned in it’s listing will be repaired or replaced for manufacturing defects only, they CANNOT BE RETURNED.

• Because this product is personalized, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for this product.
• We don’t accept exchanges or cancellations for these items.
• please contact us if you have any problems with these products in your order.

Replacing Defective Personalized products

We do our best to pack items properly for safe delivery. In the event of damaged pieces due to shipping, please follow steps below:

• Please provide us proof of damage within 14 days of delivery.
• We will send replacement pieces or issue refund based on your request.
• We will send replacement pieces for FREE.
• Replacement pieces will ONLY be shipped by regular mail (not by any expedited shipping methods).

Returning Non-Personalized products

We accept returns for non-personalized products.

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
• Ship items back to us within 21 days of delivery.
• Buyer will have to pay return shipping cost. So please make sure you read product description to make sure the product is what you want.
• If the labels or tags come unattached to products then you can return the product to get a refund for the value of the product (minus the cost of labels / tags and shipping cost).
• Products have to be returned in it’s original condition and packaging to get refund.
• Shipping cost paid in order will not be refunded.

Rush Delivery

Please contact us for information on our rush processing and rush delivery options. You can also select rush production shipping upgrade (if available for your product) during the check out process.

Undelivered or Shipped to Wrong Address

All orders will be shipped to shipping address submitted in order or to new address sent to us before order has been shipped out. If address is not deliverable and order is returned to us then customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the items. This shipping cost must be paid before the items will be re-shipped.

If order is delivered to shipping address in order and it’s a wrong address, a refund or free replacement set will not be offered.
