How to Customize Match Boxes

Names and date displayed in each design, will be replaced with your text submitted in Line 1 and 2. Any phrase in design will be printed by default, there’s no need to repeat these words in your print request.

Submit order as shown below:

• Box Colors – White OR Black OR Mix of Colors
• Label Color – Pick from Background Color Chart
• Line 1 – Max 35 characters (including spaces)
• Line 2 – Max 15 characters (including spaces)
• Special Instructions – Mention Quantity for Box colors AND Label colors if you want a mix of Box and Label colors.

Mix Of Box / Background Colors

Select these options if you want a Mix of Box colors OR a Mix of Label Colors for your order. In ‘Special Instructions” box, specify how you want the Box colors / Label colors split up for all the match boxes in your order.

Example:

To order 25 black boxes and 25 white boxes with a mix of Chalk and Rustic Label colors, submit order as shown below:

Printing Your Image/Logo

Send us your photo or logo, we will print and apply them on your match boxes for FREE. Place your custom match boxes order as shown below:

• Box Color – Select your option
• Label Color – Select ‘Custom”
• Line 1 – Type ‘Custom Design’
• Special Instructions – Type ‘Image sent by email’

Price Match Requirements

We will only price match with online website prices – not with offline prices. The product must be in stock and be identical in terms of product quality, color, packaging, etc. The price must be current. Liquidation prices, clearance prices, going out of business prices, auction sale prices, first time customer coupons or one time use coupons cannot be used to request a price match.

The product’s shipping and handling charges, sales tax, set-up fees and other miscellaneous fees will be taken into account. Our best price match offer cannot be combined with any coupon or discounts we offer. We reserve the right to decline any price match request under our own discretion.

Personalized products mentioned in it’s listing will be repaired or replaced for manufacturing defects only, they CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Replacing Defective Personalized products

We do our best to pack items properly for safe delivery. In the event of damaged pieces due to shipping, please follow steps below:

• Please provide us proof of damage within 14 days of delivery.
• We will send replacement pieces or issue refund based on your request.
• We will send replacement pieces for FREE.
• Replacement pieces will ONLY be shipped by regular mail (not by any expedited shipping methods).

Returning Non-Personalized products

We accept returns for non-personalized products.

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
• Ship items back to us within 21 days of delivery.
• Buyer will have to pay return shipping cost. So please make sure you read product description to make sure the product is what you want.
• If the labels or tags come unattached to products then you can return the product to get a refund for the value of the product (minus the cost of labels / tags and shipping cost).
• Products have to be returned in it’s original condition and packaging to get refund.
• Shipping cost paid in order will not be refunded.

Rush Delivery

Undelivered or Shipped to Wrong Address

All orders will be shipped to shipping address submitted in order or to new address sent to us before order has been shipped out. If address is not deliverable and order is returned to us then customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the items. This shipping cost must be paid before the items will be re-shipped.

If order is delivered to shipping address in order and it’s a wrong address, a refund or free replacement set will not be offered.
